My company hired Mike as my transportation from the San Diego airport to my hotel in La Jolla this past weekend. I loved that he sent me a message letting me know he had arrived just before the plane landed and was easy to locate at baggage claim. His little touches like taking care of my baggage, offering water during the ride, and promptly opening my door truly made me feel valued! Beyond that, my car was absolutely flawlessly clean and Mike was well dressed and groomed. I was lucky enough to also have Mike take me back to the airport at the end of my trip. Though my ride request was for rather early on a Sunday morning, he arrived even before requested and assured me to take my time coming down. I appreciated that Mike allows his customers the peace of mind that they would never find themselves running late waiting for their car to arrive.
